The Visible Agent: Terms of Enrollment

By completing your purchase and checking the box to agree to these Terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with TLL Learning Inc. ("Company").

1. The Program & Deliverables

The Company agrees to provide you with access to The Visible Agent program. We are committed to growth and innovation; as such, the program and how it is delivered will continue to evolve.
Current deliverables include:
Two (2) Live Workshops per month;
Daily Posts and Daily Stories content or prompts;
Access to the private community and program portal.

Right to Modify: The Company may add to, discontinue, or revise any aspect, mode, design, or service provided under the Program (including scope, timing, or delivery format) at its sole discretion. The Company will provide you with reasonable notice of any such modifications. You acknowledge that such changes are intended for the improvement of the Program and do not constitute grounds for voiding this Agreement or requesting a refund.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

By checking out, you agree to pay the fees associated with the payment plan you selected (e.g., Pay-in-Full or Monthly Installments).

Payment Commitment: You may not cancel or avoid these payments for the term you have agreed to.
Suspension: In the event that any payment is not made, the Company shall immediately suspend your access to the Program until the account is brought up to date.
Late Fees: If you have chosen a Payment Plan, a late fee of $20 per day will be applied to any late payment amount.

3. Strict No-Refund & No-Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. The Company does not offer any money-back guarantees.

No Refunds: You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
No Early Cancellation: You are responsible for the full amount of the payment plan you selected, regardless of whether you choose to utilize the Program materials or attend the workshops.

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Competition

All Program prompts, webinars, training, templates, and materials provided within The Visible Agent are the sole and exclusive property of TLL Learning Inc.

Personal Use License: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use these materials for your individual real estate business only.
Strict Prohibitions on Sharing: You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any Program content, login credentials, or materials with third parties, including other agents, team members (unless specifically authorized), or contractors.
No Commercial Exploitation: You are strictly prohibited from using the Company’s Intellectual Property to create your own program, coaching offer, or training products. You may not sell, rebrand, or teach the proprietary frameworks of The Listings Lab in any way.
Enforcement: Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of contract and intellectual property theft, which will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action for damages.

5. Community Standards & Professional Conduct

6. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions. You recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts and circumstances beyond the control of the Company.

By clicking "Complete Order" (or similar), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Enrollment.

No Refunds or Chargebacks

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

In the event of a dispute or chargeback related to the Program, you hereby authorize Company to provide any recordings or transcripts of sales calls or contracts to the bank, credit card processor, or any other parties related to the dispute or chargeback. Program access will be revoked upon failed or delayed payment until account is brought up to date.
